For shops on other field-service software

Lead replies today for shops on other software

FieldEdge, Service Fusion, Workiz, or anything else: a new lead from your website or another lead source gets a reply by email the moment your office hours open, and lands on Today. The full follow-up lifecycle needs your customers and jobs in Frontline's own records instead.

No direct connectionFrontline does not connect to FieldEdge, Service Fusion, Workiz or similar systems today. It replies to new leads by email on its own; everything else stays in your software for your office to run.

01

Where you are today

You are running FieldEdge, Service Fusion, Workiz, or something similar. That system holds your jobs, estimates, invoices and memberships. Frontline does not read any of it yet, so it cannot follow up using records it cannot see.

02

What Frontline adds

Reply to new leads

A lead gets a reply by email the moment your office hours open, without anyone having to call them back by hand.

Spanish by customer record

Any customer whose record says they prefer Spanish gets their emails, and the pages they open from them, in Spanish, once you approve the Spanish wording.

Setup done for you

Spartan Tek in Houston sets up your connection and writes and approves your follow-up wording with you before anything goes live.

03

How it connects

No connection today

Frontline has no read or write connection to FieldEdge, Service Fusion, Workiz or similar systems. It cannot see your jobs, estimates, invoices or memberships.

What that rules out

Estimate follow-ups, invoice reminders, membership renewals, tune-up reminders, win-back offers and seasonal campaigns all need those records. Without a connection, Frontline does not run them.

New leads

A lead reaches your office as a message with the details, for someone to enter into your software by hand.

04

What stays with your office

Entering every lead into your software by hand. Frontline does not write to FieldEdge, Service Fusion, Workiz or similar systems.

The full follow-up lifecycle: estimate, invoice, membership, tune-up, win-back and seasonal messages need job and billing records Frontline cannot see on an unconnected system.

Rescheduling and reminders for a booked visit: Frontline does not keep its own record of a visit that lives only in your other software.

Texting: every message goes out by email. Texting is built into Frontline but is not turned on.

Questions

Does Frontline connect to FieldEdge, Service Fusion or Workiz?

Not today. It replies to new leads independent of your software, and everything else reaches your office as a message to enter by hand.

Will I still get estimate and invoice follow-ups?

Not from Frontline. Those need job, estimate and invoice records Frontline cannot read on an unconnected system.

What does Frontline actually do for my shop?

Replies by email to a new lead from your website or another lead source the moment your office hours open, and messages in English or Spanish by customer preference.

Could I get the full follow-up lifecycle?

Yes, by running on Frontline's own records instead of your current software. Ask on a call whether that fits your shop.

Does this text my customers?

No. Every message goes out by email. Texting is built into Frontline but is not turned on.

The whole front office.
