Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Spartan Alliance Group LLC, doing business as Spartan Tek Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information in connection with spartanfrontline.com and the Spartan Frontline application, together the “Service.”
This Policy covers two kinds of people:
- Shop users. People who create an account, log into the dashboard, or otherwise use the Service on behalf of a home-service business, a “Shop.”
- End Customers. People a Shop has as its own customer, often a homeowner, whose information a Shop enters into, or who interacts with, the Service, for example by booking an appointment or replying to a message.
If you are an End Customer, the Shop that you contacted or hired chose to use Spartan Frontline to run its front office. The Shop controls what happens with your information at a business level, such as which of its customers to contact and what services to offer. If you have a question about a specific message, appointment, or bill, please contact the Shop directly. This Policy explains how we, as the company that provides the technology, handle that information.
1. Information We Collect
From Shop users:
- Account information: name, email, phone number, password, and business details you provide when signing up or managing your account.
- Billing information you provide for your subscription.
- Information you enter into the dashboard, including messages you write, settings you choose, and files you upload.
About End Customers, provided by a Shop or collected through the Service:
- Contact information: name, phone number, email address, and service address.
- Job information: appointment details, estimates, invoices, and service history.
- Messages: the content of emails, confirmations, reminders, and other messages sent through the Service, and any reply an End Customer sends back.
- Voicemail: voicemail recordings left for a Shop and the transcript generated from them, along with any AI-written one-line summary of that transcript.
- Feedback: anything an End Customer submits through a private feedback page.
- Booking and service-request details an End Customer submits through a Shop’s public booking page.
Collected automatically:
- Standard technical information from visits to spartanfrontline.com and use of the app, such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed, including through cookies and similar technology described in Section 6.
2. How We Use Information
We use this information to:
- provide the Service, including the dashboard, booking pages, reminders, notifications, and reports described in the Master Subscription Agreement between Company and each Shop;
- generate AI-assisted content, such as a one-line summary of a voicemail transcript, to help a Shop’s staff work faster, with a person still reviewing that content, see Section 8;
- operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service;
- communicate with Shop users about their account and the Service;
- provide the unsubscribe, suppression, and opt-out handling described in Section 5; and
- comply with the law and enforce our agreements.
We do not use End Customer information to advertise unrelated products, and we do not sell personal information.
3. Our Role
For a Shop user’s own account information, we decide how to use it to run and support the Service, similar to any software account. For information a Shop enters about its End Customers, we act on the Shop’s instructions, under our agreement with that Shop, to provide the Service. The Shop is responsible for having the right to collect and share that information with us and for how it uses its own customer relationships.
4. How We Share Information
We share information with:
- Service providers who help us run the Service, including Supabase, hosting and database, Resend, sending email, and Netlify, hosting the dashboard.
- Third-party field service software, such as Jobber, Housecall Pro, or ServiceTitan, only if and when a Shop chooses to connect its account to that software. That software has its own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review.
- Legal and safety purposes, if we believe disclosure is required by law, needed to protect the rights or safety of any person, or necessary to investigate fraud or security issues.
- A buyer or successor, if Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy or a policy providing at least the same protections.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
5. Messages and Your Choices
If you are an End Customer receiving messages from a Shop through the Service, every message tells you how to stop future messages of that kind, usually with a one-click unsubscribe link. Once you opt out, we help make sure the Shop’s future offers do not go to you again, and we suppress addresses that bounce or are marked as spam. Opting out of marketing messages does not cancel an existing appointment. To do that, use the link in your appointment reminder or contact the Shop.
6. Cookies and Similar Technology
spartanfrontline.com uses cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, remember basic preferences, and understand how visitors use the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Turning off cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
7. Data Retention
We keep Shop account information for as long as the Shop’s subscription is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting, and dispute purposes. We keep End Customer information for as long as the Shop’s subscription is active and uses it. If a Shop’s agreement with us ends, we make Customer Data, including End Customer information within it, available for export on request for 30 days, and delete it within 60 days, except for routine backup copies that age off on our normal schedule, as described in our Master Subscription Agreement and Data and Messaging Addendum.
8. Automated Processing and AI Features
Some parts of the Service use AI to help a Shop’s staff work faster, such as writing a short summary of a voicemail transcript. A person at the Shop reviews this content before acting on it. We do not use AI to make decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on any person without human review, and safety-related decisions are never based on AI output alone.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Where Information Is Stored
The Service is hosted in the United States. If you are contacting a Shop located outside the United States, your information may still be processed in the United States as part of how the Service works.
11. Your Choices and Rights
If you are a Shop user, you can access, correct, or request deletion of your account information by logging into the dashboard or contacting us at the email in Section 13.
If you are an End Customer, the Shop is your point of contact for most requests, since it controls its own customer relationship and records. You can also contact us directly using Section 13, and we will assist or forward your request to the relevant Shop as appropriate. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy law to know what personal information we have about you, correct it, delete it, or opt out of certain uses. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
12. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
