Terms of Use for Public Pages

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the public pages that Spartan Alliance Group LLC, doing business as Spartan Tek Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides on behalf of a home-service business (“Shop”) through the Spartan Frontline service. This includes a Shop’s online booking and service-request page, appointment confirm, reschedule, or cancel page, private feedback page, and unsubscribe page, together the “Public Pages.” By using a Public Page, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who Provides What

Company builds and operates the technology behind the Public Pages. The Shop you are dealing with is the business you contacted or hired, and the Shop is responsible for the service it provides to you, the price you are charged, and how it responds to your requests. Company is not a party to your relationship with the Shop and does not perform home-service work.

These pages, and any messages linked to them, are not an emergency service. Any safety-related information shown here is general guidance only. If you have an emergency, contact the Shop’s emergency line or call 911. Do not rely on a Public Page or a web form.

4. No Guarantee of Delivery or Availability

We work to keep the Public Pages available and to deliver related emails, texts, and notifications, but we do not guarantee that any page will always be available or that any message will be delivered or seen in time, because delivery depends on email providers, mobile carriers, browsers, and other systems outside our control.

5. Your Information

Information you submit through a Public Page, such as your name, contact information, service address, and the content of your request or feedback, is shared with the Shop you are contacting and handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Feedback Page

The feedback page lets you send comments to a Shop privately. It is a way to tell the Shop about your experience. It is not a substitute for contacting the Shop directly about an urgent issue, and submitting feedback does not guarantee any particular response.

7. Unsubscribe Page

Using the unsubscribe link stops future messages of that kind from the Shop. It does not cancel an existing appointment, invoice, or membership. It may take a short time to take effect across our systems.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PUBLIC PAGES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF A PUBLIC PAGE, OR FOR ANY ACT OR OMISSION OF THE SHOP. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version with a new effective date.
